Beachbody Challenge - Day 4

Is it normal that I've already had a day of struggle?
I live out in the country on a little hobby farm. There is no mail service, so I normally stop and grab the mail at our little country post office on my way home. I was so excited yesterday to see that the movie Apocalypto had arrived from Netflix!!
On the short drive home, I told my son that I was going to work out real fast, make dinner, and then settle in to watch the movie. When we got home though, I realized it was later than I had planned, and I needed to get dinner going. Then I fed the dogs, the chickens, watched something the boy-child wanted to show me, and sat down to eat dinner. I can't exercise right after eating, I'll vomit (YUM!), so I decided I'd take a day off and just watch my movie.
By the end of the movie, I was feeling so guilty that I was going to have to check in with my Beachbody Challenge group and tell them I didn't work out, that I popped in my Slim in 6. At 10pm. Knowing I had to get up at 430am. Was it worth it? YES!!! Am I tired today? Not too bad actually. I think my body is already responding well to the exercise and the Shakeology, and for that, I am so excited!
The moral of this story is two-fold: don't procrastinate, and NO EXCUSES!
